The overall masterplan and concept design for the new City to be developed around a new Paramount Studios theme park located near Dubai.
The scheme provides comprehensive living, working and leisure facilities in a sustainable environment and includes provision for 15,000 hotel rooms, 400,000 residents and 3 million family tourists.
