Newhall
Newhall is one of the most innovative residential developments in the country. The range of dwellings includes town houses, garden villas, mews apartments and courtyard affordable housing. A more continental practice of parcelling up the extensive development into a series of sites, each designed by a different architect was used. The resulting mix creates a distinctive assemblage of architectural styles of exceptional quality. A design & build procurement was used and Hunters were the selected architect bringing in both technical construction and high end design expertise to deliver the required result.
