This 250 unit extra care scheme in Derby designed to accommodate a mix of one and two bed units. The scheme includes a communal dining room and lounge, library, film room, IT suite and physiotherapy facilities set within landscaped gardens. The scheme also includes a community facility to serve the wider area.
