Moorlands
Following extensive resident, family and community consultation, the site of the existing scheme was developed on a phased basis to enable residents to transfer to the new 35 bed extra care scheme with minimal disruption. A further eight houses and eleven flats were also accommodated on the existing site. The Commisson for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) have awarded it a 3 star rating, a rating that is rarely achieved.
