Built to replace an existing care home, the new design provides over 50 extra care apartments. Located in the centre of a market town, it is well connected to surrounding amenities whilst also providing in-house restaurants and other services for residents and the public. The home forms part of West Berkshire Council's wider development strategy of extra care accommodation throughout the county.
