Hunters are working with the trust investigating the potential location and size of a Polysystem Hub (outpatient transfers and urgent care) for Bromley. The three parts to the work are: to establish the level of accommodation for the transfer service, whilst providing a location feasibility study and reviewing CIAMs and facet surveys along with outpatient’s raw data.
