Apthorp Lodge
A partnering framework was employed to deliver over 100 beds of residential care built in two phases. As part of the transfer and reprovision of Barnet LBC’s programme, the scheme provides a learning disabilities unit and day care centre in addition to the residential element. Many of the ressidnets have dementia.
