We evaluated appropriate green technologies to improve the carbon footprint and energy usage at the University’s student accommodation campus. The preferred option was 288 PV panels partly paid for with a grant from the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) under the Low Carbon Building Programme.
