Sustainability is at the core of every service we provide. Our sustainability team, which is made up of people from across our practice, monitors projects and guides clients - this has resulted in exemplary projects such as The Avenue School in Reading receiving a BREEAM bespoke ‘excellent’ rating and One Vale Street achieving Code for Sustainable Homes level 4, the first one in Central London.Our sustainable approaches have been recognised through a number of industry awards and we are BS EN ISO 14001 accredited. In order to consistently achieve our standards, we set yearly business targets to reduce waste and encourage schemes such as Cycle To Work. All our marketing materials are evaluated on their sustainable credentials and our philosophy is not to create a ‘token gesture’ but to communicate it as part of our thinking.
