Tim Ashton and Top Sustainability Housing Gurus Speak Out on COP15

7/12/09

Hunters Director of Sustainability, Tim Ashton, responded with other major housing experts to the COP15 on the new BRE website www.building4change.com .

Tim stated ‘The proportion of heads of governments attending COP15 gives real optimism for binding global agreements on CO2 emissions. Particularly with the economic power houses (in every sense) of China and USA present.

The real effort however, will be what happens when COP15 is over. Irrespective of whatever agreements are reached, we need governments to show true leadership when they return home.‘

Later on this week a more detailed version will be available.
